Garden Party Catering

It is our firm belief that there really are few more important things in life than family, and now that the days are getting longer and the temperatures start to climb once more after the long winter months, what better way of celebrating those closest of bonds and enjoying time together, than a long, relaxed afternoon in the garden while enjoying a fantastic lunch?

Over the recent holiday period, we invited around thirty of our nearest and dearest to something of a gathering of the clan, treating them to some of our favourite dishes.

The day was a fabulous success with much love and laughter in evidence, and we thought we’d share the menu we created for it with you:

We began proceedings by serving glasses of cool, refreshing Pimms in welcome, accompanied by a variety of tempting nibbles, olives and crisps.

When the time came, everyone then sat down to enjoy a fine spread, including chicken kebabs, sausages, and of course our trademark BBQ spare ribs. These were served with sides of hot new potatoes, green salad, and a Greek-style tomato, olive and Feta salad.

Pudding came in the guise of soft berry roulades with a coulis, and a cheese board, followed by hot, aromatic coffee and chocolates.
