Dear Sharon, I would like to thank you very much for the buffet and service that you provided for my daughter's wedding at the Weald & Downland Museum. Everyone was very satisfied with the quality and variety of the food and the attention that we were given. Your services exceeded my expectations! Not only was the food well prepared, well presented and delicious; you kept the schedule precise without appearing hurried at any time. All staff was well presented, friendly and unobtrusive while attentive. My German relatives, who have high expectations when it comes to food, enjoyed the buffet very much and felt well taken care of. All guests commented on what a fantastic time they had and that the food and cake was lovely.
Dear Sharon, I wanted to drop a line to personally thank you for being so fantastic yesterday for our client. The food was delicious and totally in keeping with the profile of the guests there - in James' words, better Canapes than the Ritz! (thanks Rolls Royce) - Your team were so friendly, looked great and worked so well together. The sandwiches and chocolates ahead of the production crew doing the de-rig in the evening was also a really nice touch! And above all, thank you for stepping in and helping with less than 48 hours warning. No small feat I know. It was so reassuring to have you there and without doubt we would like to use you again.

I have never been to a wedding where the catering has been complimented so much, and the fact that it was our wedding made it all the more special. We were aiming for a chilled and relaxed atmosphere and I think that that was achieved. All of your team were very friendly, chatty and attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
