We were recently asked to provide wedding catering services at Grittenham Barn, an established wedding venue in West Sussex.
The wedding itself had a strong musical theme, given the interests and professions of the happy couple; the capacious beamed ceiling of the barn was decorated with an array of sheet music, and we just adored the innovative use of 12 inch vinyl records as table mats; a highly eye-catching touch!
One of the centrepieces for the banquet we put together was a multi-layered cheese wedding cake – these are fast becoming one of our signature offerings, and always lead to admiring glances …and contented guests!
